Guin Up the Mountain

Guin up the Mountain is a platforming turn-based RPG. Inspired by greats such as Paper Mario and Chrono Trigger. For as long as anyone can remember, the penguins and polar bears have been locked in conflict and hatred. The foul Beartholomew destroys Guin’s village and kills her family. With her trusty emergency food (or “sidekick” Bucky), Guin will journey up the mountain, gain the weapons and knowledge of her forebears, and end Beartholomew’s days. With 4 weapons to master (sword, axe, bo staff, chakrams) both in combat and traversal, players will have a lot to learn. Lastly, our combat system will require players to do inputs during attacks, length, and intensity based on what kind of move is used.
